Management has gone above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as unpleasant as possible. There are some great customer service people at this location and the rooms are wonderful. I will never stay at this location again and as a titanium elite with Marriott I know this brand. From the Grand Chateau in Vegas to the Grand Dunes in Myrtle beach I’ve lived Marriott for work and vacation almost 300 nights a year all over the country and have never been disrespected or treated in such an unprofessional manner at any hotel I’ve stayed at in the last 4 years of traveling for work all over the United States. Great staff that is hindered by a challenging manager who has no clue what customer service is. This place would shine if not for Ms. Lee the manager. Great fire pit, basketball court, and rooms. Too bad they have such an unprofessional and impossible manager to deal with.

I've been staying here for a couple weeks now. The staff are so great! The room is updated and very nice. Obviously due to covid we can't utilize many amenities but they are using this time to update the building that has the lobby area in it and it is looking super nice! Location is awesome; right off 40 makes for an easy work commute. They have really made staying in a hotel for over a month much easier than expected especially with our pets. I 100% recommend.

It is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff that has been recently renovated in the last few months. The outdoor scenery has beautiful scrubs, flowers and trees.

I was amazed with the courtesy of the staff, the room was very clean, organized and extremely comfortable. Breakfast substitute due to the Covd 19 was great. I am glad I made the decision to select this hotel.
