Days Inn by Wyndham Raleigh-Airport-Research Triangle Park

First impressions are everything. Was a little uneasy when I seen how dirty the entrance doors and glass was.!! But VERY CLEAN ROOMS. AND BATHROOMS. Bring ur pillows and blankie.! GREAT VALUE.

The place was absolutely terrible. To start the doors to our hotels didn't shut or lock from either door in the front and back. Secondly the water in the shower barely got warm. Third there was mold on the tub. Lastly the hotel didn't even try to accommodate us on a room that we booked through a third party when we showed them the email showing the whole iteninary. It was clearly the hotels fault for not having accurate information. Instead of them correcting it they told us we could do nothing when they talked to someone from the third party explaining to them that we had a reservation. All around I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This place will never ever get our business again!!! The People that work there are the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. We get there and they get uptight about how we want to pay. We had the room for multiple days.Then the next day we leave to go out for the day only to come back to our room given to someone else didn't matter that i had things in the room!!!! So they argue with US over THEIR mistake. They give us another room we go there only to discover someone is already in there thank God they didn't shoot us coming into THEIR room!!!! We go talk to them yet again. Only to be talked to by the rudest woman that decided to use vulgar words to describe my husband!!! Then to be given a room with two beds which is a downgrade from the king size room i reserved AND paid for!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Second time staying here. Staff friendly and courteous. Rooms clean. Prices good
