I really appreciate the way that, Zack and Jeremy, Work with me regarding my vehicle being clean. Time's passed I felt like my van came out much cleaner. This time not so much so. When I brought it to Zach's attention he took his time to explain to me what happened and why. He really truly took time to inform me. And then he offered to run my car through the wash again free of charge. And I felt that that was a great gesture. It will definitely keep me coming back.
Super quick wash, which means not a great wash, but decent. Free vacuums that lack strong suction and the heads don't adjust and are too thick so you can't get to the spots between the seats. $8 for a standard wash or $20 per month, which I would say good luck ever trying to cancel (speculative).
I've been using your location for several years and also purchased a family package in the recent past. Over the past several months there have been some challenges with your vacuum cleaners. An inordinate number are broken with hoses detached or cut. Or, they are clogged and thus no suction. I have to move from bay to bay searching for one that works. Your nearby competitor is offering a less expensive monthly package. Although it does not include the vacuum service. Until you address your situation it seems to be a more attractive option.
They have a lot of vacuums which is nice. As much as I go, I've never had to wait for one. And not only are they free, but they are powerful! The car wash... it's a car wash. It does the job, not much to say about that. Price is pretty good also.
I have been trying to reach someone in the office by calling the number. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!. I BROUGHT A NEW VEHICLE AND NEED TO GET A NEW STICKER. Please pick up the phone because you guys are still billing me monthly. Very frustrating. Ive been calling for 2 weeks now.
