It was good the service was good the entry clerk had good conversation very nice and informational the only thing was I had a smoking room and it didn't have ashtrays other than that it was nice really didn't care for the breakfast

Terrible!!!!!! Beds were awful!!!!! Dirty and smelled. It was horrible will never stay again!!!! $90 for a dump!!!!

If i could put 0 stars i would this place should be shut down the first room we were put in the toilet and air didnt work when brought to the front desks attention she asked if we needed a plunger... Then when we were moved the room had a broken chair in it and when it was time to lay down we discovered there were no blankets on the beds or fitted sheets! When we asked the front desk for blankets they said their laundry room was locked and there was nothing they could do... We paid $100 and felt taken advantage of. Never again!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I never experienced bed bugs before until now. Both nights I would wake up scratching and the checkout day I noticed little red bumps on my back an shoulders. I brought a bug to the front desk and showed them my shoulders. All I got was a funny look from the desk manager. I asked for an explanation and what could he do for me and his reply was “I can do nothing”. No refund no doctor no assurance that the room is even going to be cleaned properly. The bathroom had no ventilation I asked for fresh sheets and never got them. Oh and the mini fridge had mold on and inside of it. RUN FROM THIS PLACE (enclosed are pics of my bed bug bites and the desk manger)
