A great local CVS but I do not understand why it opens at 8 AM that seems pretty late for most of the working people who may need to go to CVS to grab a prescription before work

Donna from CVS Melrose. Just because someone has an accent doesn't mean that they want a passport picture for another country. I know you are in a rush to serve other customers but you can try and be kind.
