Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy - China Grove

I was very happy with my experience at Compleat. The front desk always kept me aware of my schedule and answered any questions I had concerning appointments, billing, and my insurance coverage. The Therapists were friendly and very helpful. They listened to my explanation of what my job entailed so that they could tailor my exercises to ready me for my return to work after spinal surgery. I've had physical therapy several other times in my life, and my experience here was far superior to any other. I didn't feel like they were just going through their paces with me, but rather like we were all working towards a common goal, and they were as invested in my health and recovery as I was! I have been back at work for two weeks now, and I'm doing well, thanks to the wonderful group at Compleat Rehab and Sports Therapy!

Shout out to Mackenzie n Ms. Tamara who took such good care of me. I'm not a medicine taker so I begged my dr for physical therapy. This was my 1st experience with Compleat Rehab n it was great. They answered all my questions & met my concerns with compassion & understanding. A plus was the office dogs who are so sweet and added a relaxing vibe to my visits. I highly recommend Compleat Rehab.

I HATE most things involved with physical therapy.nnThe unbelievable people here took all that away the moment I walked in. The receptionist is one of the warmest and kindest people I have ever met. The service I have received is exceptionally personal and personable. I feel better each time I go and it’s only in part of the Physical therapy. The people and atmosphere they provide is all a part of it for me.nnIt’s a decision I’m glad I pushed myself to make.

I like all my therapist that I work with they gave me and work with me and did what was needed I feel a lot better I've been to other facilities and a far this is the best. They work hard to get my pain under control and the best thing that they gave me was a tennis ball. That brought my pain under control. And the Front desk help is phenomenal and on point 5 stars for them as well

I sought help at an orthopedic clinic for two months suffering from a constant swollen and painful right foot. I wore a cam boot, was prescribed steroids and pain pills. After the expense of two sets of x-rays and an MRI, my swollen foot was placed in a cast. When the cast was taken off, another cast was advised. I declined and chose the boot with a suggestion of physical therapy in three weeks. After two days of wearing the boot and still swollen foot, I asked to be able to begin PT immediately. I scheduled PT that week at Compleat Rehab! From my call to schedule visits and ask questions, to my first visit with Mackenzie, I was very impressed! The swelling and pain responded miraculously with her massages and other therapy!!! I was completely out of the boot and wearing shoes after three sessions! All the different exercises were professionally described. After only SIX sessions, I was evaluated and released TODAY (with no pain and very little swelling) and instructions to continue home therapy as needed and follow up with any questions. The entire staff is fabulous being so welcoming making a person feel comfortable leaving no doubt of their caring and doing whatever they can to make each visit a step closer to full recovery! I am so grateful to be able to walk normally and play in my yard and flower beds again! I recommend Compleat Rehab to everyone needing help! THANK YOU ALL for your help and expertise!
