The office staff and grounds and maintenance is the best we have ever had.

I don't live in this community but I have a co worker that does and on my 1st visit there you have to dodge all the animals and children and lock your doors and roll up your windows if you don't want the junkies jumping in your car. But hey if your out to adopt a pet or buy crack cocaine this is the place to be! It seems like there is no management at all and as a concerned citizen I attempted to call the office 11 times within 4 days... no answer no call back! And it's obvious the local police don't give a damn either. This is a sad, nasty , drug infested community

My landlord Dale Perry was awesome!! He took very good care of me while living on there, and its very hard to find landlords who are attentive like that.

Well the living here is mostly calm and quiet here but they rent to own and pick and choose when your a home owner, won't do anything to fix your home even if they have it on a list for 4yrs LOL. But as a renter, they have a say I what you do to your home. Rent, lot rent, water, sewage they get one bill for everyone but each has own meters and listed separately and office charges 15.00 fee to give you your bills. Oh and your a home owner when property tax comes, your a renter when you want to move mobile home.

This place is a disaster, we've been trying to fix the numerous problems in our trailer for a year and they have done nothing. We have holes in the bathroom floor that leads straight outside, mold inside the walls, holes in the walls, a broken stove top that needs fiddling every time we use it and more holes slowly appearing in the carpet floors. We have taken pictures and sent them to management, it's been another year and not a single response. Get as far from this place as possible!
