Comfort Inn & Suites High Point - Archdale

Had week long reservations.. desk clerk just decided to check us out on day 2 unknown to us. Was in room when a man with a suitcase walked in. They rented my room with me still in it! Made me sit in the lobby while it was sorted out even though they could see my original reservation was for a week. No apologies received. Check out is today at 11... At 8:15 someone just let themself in to my room... Safety is definitely a concern here.

This hotel Has been renovated completely, new paint,furniture and beds.nsince last time i stayed!nStrongly recommend. And there pool is back Opened!!!!!nEverything is super clean!.

Nice ambience. Good staff, kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and had all that one would need for a short hotel stay. They have a small library in the lobby. Always a plus to see that . Overall a good experience.

Nice place . Only complaint was the bathtub didn't have a plug so you couldn't take a bath.
