I went in with a ring to be repaired and was treated like a friend. It was my first time being there! They finished my ring on time and did a gorgeous job! I will go back there any time I need anything else done like this!

Took my inexpensive yet sentimentaly priceless mother's ring to Gray's last week. They fixed a loose stone and reshaped the band for an extremely reasonable price and shined it up like new. I had never set foot in this store before but was immediately treated like an old friend as soon as I walked in. Will definitely go back to Gray's for any of my future jewelry needs!
