I live 4 to 5 minutes from the store. There is no reason I should be getting my order after 9pm if I ordered at 730 pm. No reason. Don't care for their excuses. I don't have a vehicle on the regular due to conflicting schedules for work. But I would rather walk to wrighsbero and get food. Then order here again. Worst service experience.
3rd time in last 2 weeks I've ordered pizza for deliverynthrough the app and I get a call back asking me to pick up. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn't order for delivery. What good is it to have delivery an option if you don't deliver! Castle Hayne Domino's next to dollar general and Andy's.
Everything was good except the hot wings barely had sauce on them. I payed close to $60 order 2 boxes of 8 piece hot wings and it taste like regular chicken wings.
Rarely ever have problems and if by chance I do, they make everything right away when notified. Good food service and great customer service! Keep up the good work!
This is the 3rd time in a row We have ordered from the Castle Hayne store and we have been forgotten again. Each time has taken over an hour. Last delivery was partially incorrect. Now they have this tracker and the site states “Your order is complete. Please enjoy your meal”. Still no pizza. This will be the last time we order from them. I will travel to get my pizza from another competitor.
