Could not get something as simple as cheese on top of the toppings! Are you serious? You'll send a customer away rather that change the order of toppings!!?!?! You have got to be kidding me. I grew up loving Pizza Hut pan pizza. Worked there through high school in the 80s, got them to widen their route to include my house, and they can't put the cheese over the toppings?!?!? UNBELIEVABLE!
**good ending and maybe a new review in the futurenWhen we first started using pizza hut delivery from this location about a year and a half ago it was always fast and the order was always correct. in the past few months the orders have not been correct but easy to get the right order if I wanted to go up to the store to get the new order. Today my husband was CRAVING a certain type of pizza (that we always order) and his was the only one that was wrong. The manager did say that she was new and working on some changes and offered us a $25 credit to our account, so we very much appreciated that customer service!! We will continue to give that pizza hut a shot with the new manager!
