The two mature ladies behind the counter today acted like they hate that job and they will take it on you. Rude and completely unprofessional.nI don't think they know the meaning of customer service. Unacceptable.nWe the people deserve better when we trust the state to handle anything, as less hire educated people. Someone out there can do better and apreciate that job.nRidiculous.

Some of the staff are very pleasant, but there is one staff member that is rude every time I go in there. I'll leave a tip next time so she can be sent to charm school.
