So clean and comfortable, the bed was perfect after a long drive. It was so comfy and the pillows were so perfect that we wanted to steal them. We were so impressed with the room. The TV was huge, it had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker in the room. The grab and go breakfast was adequate, coffee was exceptional. We would go out of the way to stay there again.

This was a great stay! Rooms are great with comfy beds. Joseph was so welcoming and great help! I recommend the stay here.

Do not book on their website! I did and was charged an extra $53 for the fee that their website charges for their services. In other words Holiday Inn uses a third party vendor for their website and this extra fee is their cut. Check the receipt that the website sends you for this extra charge spelled out. It will not be in the bill that Holiday Inn emails to you. I also called the hotel directly and their reservation line and they were no help. This is the reason for the one star. I was expecting to spend $163 and instead was billed $226. I suggest reserving in person or call the hotel directly, this will cut out the third party on the website. I was there for 4 days with 2 children. By the second day we found out there was no trash pick up in the room, didn't clean or change the trash small buckets, no floor cleaning/vacuuming, no bathroom service. We had to put out our own towels and go down stairs to get clean ones. No hot food, no pool. They put in the rooms a decent size refrigerator and a microwave as if to say stay home. Never entered the room made beds cleaned in anyway. In my opinion it was basically unsanitary. I have been advised to call the board of health but I am not going that root. Oh bring your own toilet cleaning utensils because it can get bad.

Nice room, but they didn't tell us none of their emanates such as the pool were closed until after we had already paid the non refundable deposit. We paid $191 for a King room on the 3rd floor. Would've been much cheaper to stay at a motel with no pool or anything since there isn't one there. I will not be going back.
