EVERYONE at the store (over the past 18 months I have shopped with them) has been incredible! They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service and I honestly wonder how anyone would give the staff a low rating. I have observed them working with other clients in the store and never sensed anyone not being served in an authentic and respectful manner. It is not for me to judge the accuracy of another persons experience but I can only encourage people to shop the store with a realistic expectation of the cost of jewelry and be willing to educate yourself....that in itself will help your jewelry buying experiences to be more pleasant.

Jay the store associate refused to show me jewelry unless I gave him my name and telephone number I asked if it was Kay Jewelers policy he did not answer then said he was not comfortable showing me jewelry unless I gave him my information. Jai at corporate apologize but refused to offer any thing else me for my embarrassment and inconvenience.nnThere goes my LeVian ring set, for now.:(

I would like to start out by saying excellent choice of employees. I was greeted by a man named Charles (My name being Charles as well) who showed me one of the best Jeweler customer experiences I have ever encountered. They were extremely friendly and knew what I wanted before I did. Not only did I get some beautiful merchandise, I also got it at a great value. The Valentine's Day Sale really helped. They also gave me a few ideas on how to deliver my gifts. Thanks again Charles, and thank you Kay's Jewelers.

After reading that this store discriminated & refused to serve an officer who was on his break and in uniform.nThis poor man, who serves that community & lays his life on the line daily, HAD ALREADY PAID FOR HIS FUTURE FIANCE'S RING, think about that.nThe personal hate-filled views of a store manager should never interfere with professional work ethics!nDespicable & Disgusting, would never patronize this bigotted store!
