I frequent Starbucks many times a week. This location is the slowest I have seen. I have been in line for 25 minutes and I am still waiting... This is not the place to go of you are on any kind of time constraint. 25 minutes.... I don't blame the employees....they need some help managing how to get people through the line in an efficient manner. Maybe hire an old chick fila boss.... they have it down.

I gave 4 stars cause the staff interactions are great! It would have been a 5 if they weren't so under stocked always with my favorite coffees. I end up going elsewhere at times. Please stock up! Thank you!

I’m consistently impressed by how friendly and professional the staff at this location are. Today, my friend and I ordered two drinks and one iced lemon loaf slice.nnFor some reason, there was a long holdup on my friend’s drink. We didn’t really care about the wait, but we received a gift card AND they gave my friend a larger drink than what she ordered to compensate.nnAlso, I got a really THICK slice of the iced lemon loaf and it made me so happy because it’s my favorite pastry at Starbucks! ud83eudd70nnI believe the lady at the window was named Trish. Quick service with the freshest coffee! Best drive-thru Starbucks experience!! Thank you for the new coffee and letting me know it was just freshly brewed. Great Pike Medium Roast. Will definitely return and highly recommend to friends, family, and the community.

I ordered an iced Americano, but instead got hot and chose to take it anyways because I like both. By the time it was cool enough to drink it tasted like water, and this seems to happen constantly at this location. Not to mention, they’re chronically under stocked. Without fail, every time I’m here they’re out of at least one thing I want to add onto my order, and that’s not an exaggeration. I’ve never been here and been able to get exactly what I wanted. Some days I just leave because they don’t have what I want nor any of the options i would accept as an alternative. It’d be easier to ask what they DO have in stock rather than what they’re out of, it’s ridiculous. The staff members are so polite though!
