Baymont by Wyndham Dunn

Clean, smelled clean, bed was comfortable. Customer service was great. Staff very nice & helpful. Only problem was that our air conditioner made loud annoying noise when coming on. But all in all this is a great place to stay. This is our 3rd time staying here. Will stay again next time we come to Dunn, NC to visit friends.

If i could i would give it 0 stars. The outside looks nice but don’t let that fool you. The woman running the desk wasn’t friendly. We walked in and there was mold on the curtains and then my husband killed bed bugs and a spider. We had to strip the sheets and bring our own blankets in. The towels were stained and the blankets don’t look like they were washed between uses.

Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I blame myself for not reading the reviews. All reviews are true. Facility is very outdated but the concern is the cleanliness. Consistent with other reviews, dirty stained towels with hair stuck to them. Damp towels folded and put back on stack as if not washed from previous guests. Pubic hairs on the soap ledge in the shower (yes you read that correctly). Non smoking rooms clearly smoked in. People smoking marijuana out in parking lot animal stray cats and garbage. Finding another place at the late hour was not an option so it was either that or sleep in the car. I don't know if this is a franchisee or a corporate owned property but I will on the phone to Wyndham tomorrow. If it's corporate, Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves. If it's a franchisee, they need to revaluate the agreement with that property.

Absolutely horrible! Sketchy people in the parking lot just sitting in there car mind you its midnight. The room was filthy and smelled of smoke real bad.....definitely do not recommend.

This place stinks bad I would give it 0 stars if I had a choice. Charging me extra and the service is so lousy just keep driving on the 95 find a better location and hotel it all stinks
