Came in to inquire about getting 2 bracelets appraised. There was a new girl who didn’t know the answers to any of my questions, which is fine considering she was new, but after her third time having to go to the back to get answers for me you would think whoever was back there with the answers would have had the decency to come up and speak for themselves. I finally got advised that they were ‘too busy’ to give me an appraisal (apparently because of Valentine’s Day) but maybe next week... yet I’ve never seen this place busy.... I would not recommend doing business here based on the poor service I received today.

I had a gold bracelet repaired here and it broke again after 2 weeks of wearing it. A waste of money.

What can I not say about Buddy's jewelry Angie and her dad are so awesome when you walk in the door they call you by name and they treat you just like your family they will help you find anything and everything you need for any occasion. They always have a smile on their face. the best part of all is I love the custom made jewelry you can get from them. Thank y'all so much for everything I'll do whether it is buying something for an occasion I have last minute or even way out when I start looking and also thank you for giving back to the community I definitely can say Buddy's jewelry gives back to the community in every way possible they are definitely a small business but I would recommend anyone to go to. They deserve 6 Stars.

Currently not impressed with the service. I am waiting to hear back about an estimate on how much it will cost to fix a necklace. I was told that they would call back the next day, and it’s been 3 business days. I try to call and no one is ever available to pick up the phone.
