Full Circle Yoga and Therapy is a welcome place. The studio is amazing the staff is wonderful. I have collaborated over the years with Steve and Jenn. You are in good hands with this place.
This place is amazing. The atmosphere is so inclusive and comfortable. Jenn is kind, professional, organized, and helpful - which is saying a lot for having to deal with insurance companies all day. Steve’s therapeutic style involves a bit more conversation than the typical “mm-hmmm” response. He doesn’t mince words, either. He also understands the 12 steps, and the struggles with the notion of a “higher power.” The emphasis on yoga and meditation has truly been life changing for me.
The yoga space is beautiful, too. And the kids yoga teacher is so sweet and fun!
Full Circle Yoga is a safe and reputable place of personal discovery where you can connect mental and emotional growth through practicing yoga. The expertise and training of Full Circle therapists, Yoga instructors and supporting staff is unique and offers an approachable, supportive and welcoming energy for anyone and everyone. Life is better when you come FULL CIRCLE!
Tried this studio out on ClassPass and really enjoyed it! Jenn and Kat were both very welcoming this morning. The studio space is beautiful and has a bunch of natural lighting.
This place felt more affordable compared to other studios in the valley (but didn’t compromise the quality). They had complimentary yoga mats, towels, blocks, etc to use, as well as water and tea.
The space was very comfortable and relaxing and I’m always impressed with the instructors. My working mom schedule requires flexibility and Full Circle is a perfect match for my needs.
