the driver delivered my pizza to the wrong address, said he would call his manager and never called me back. i called him and the store back several times with no answer. how does an establishment just take your money and not call you back when you receive no food?
The other night they were short on delivery drivers. The manager said he would make it right and give me a discount next order. Make my order last night and to my surprise discounted the whole order for me!!! I have been ordering from this Domino's for nearly 10 years! Makes me happy they care about their customers! Btw those wings were AmAzInG
The fastest service, the best food and still piping HOT!!!
I ordered my pizza around 8:15p and the delivery was fairly quick but it was the wrong pizza. So I called to let them know and stated will come up there to pick up the re-made pizza. I order from Jamestown Domino's location. Well when I got there I waited about 15 minutes or so and when they handed me the pizza and I checked ,it was still wrong! So by this time another employee, I guess was the manager intervened to try and figure out what happened. So they did offer me something to drink while I waited,and also gave me credit for another pizza for later plus refunded me money. I appreciate them trying to correct the situation and showing me excellent customer service ! Thanks Domino's at Jamestown! And the pizza was delicious!
