I am very upset with this place. I place an order online and was told to arrive at the drive up window at 5:40 pm. I got in line at 5:35 and when I got to the window it was 5:45. Needless to say my order wasn’t ready and I was told to wait and and after 6:00 pm I requested a refund and was told I could not get a refund I have to contact corporate office for that. I ask for a number and then I was told they could not give it to me I would have to look it up online. In the near future communication is key and please make sure that communication online is accurate. Now I’m out of 38.00 and no pizza. Very disappointing!!! I will not return there.

If I could give this place a zero star, trust me, I would. First off the service was horrible. It was like they took random people off the street with zero experience and asked them to work there. The workers did not even know how to place orders. They didn’t even have basic things like, salt, pepper, ketchup, not even any drinks besides water and dr. pepper. How are you going to be a restaurant but not even have the basic materials? They also did not even get the food order right, and the food was mostly burnt and the taste was not that great. Lastly there bathrooms smelled horrible. They smelled like a sewer. I honestly felt like I was going to throw up. I used to LOVE this place, but now, I will never come back here.

This store over charged me for my food. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and didn’t receive it. Then I called and was told that the pizza will be remade and sent out ASAP and was not. I NEVER received the pizza. So they pretty much took my money without giving me my food! I will NEVER order from this place again. And would not recommend this place to anyone! If I could give them a zero star I would. They are liars and take your money!

The lady that took the order on the phone was so customer friendly an when we picked up the order she was even nicer. The order was 200% above what was ordered. It was perfect an then some

This place is just ridiculous! Being told by the night manager that he doesn't have time for this? All the food was cold, service was an atrocity! Overall, just a horrible place to eat. We will be giving the general manager a call in the morning!
