Hampton Inn Greensboro-East

Extremely satisfied with our stay! We were in the process of moving and this hotel was very cozy, quiet and modernly updated. The staff was very helpful especially the lady who worked the night shift. I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond and had a very pleasant personality. The rooms do not come with microwaves but since she discovered we were there for a week she carried a loaner microwave to our room.nnThis hotel is also situated conveniently off of 40 but away from a lot of highway traffic. Our room was facing the woods so it was a very nice view and very peaceful. Will definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Two holds on my account for the same room. Pillows were flat. Food good.nnSecond visit. infested with ants. Bit by ants. had to move rooms. no microwave. Ate cold food. No complimentary breakfast.

Clean, excellent beds, and inexpensive. Nice sized rooms with new furnishings and friendly staff. Room air conditioning is powerful but blissfully quiet. Near highway but no noticable road noise.

Extremely disappointing. Requested room change due to issues with room. Told very matter of fact with no guest service that hotel sold out. Funny. Counted 14 cars in parking lot at 1030pm and 6 in parking lot at 730. If only servicing the first floor due to Covid say so but don't say sold out and not even look to see if another room can be moved around to accommodate a program member.
