Awesome coaches, clean facility and group fitness. And a couple of super cool pups!
Kirin is the place you come for the fitness and stay for the people (and the fitness). The programming is smart and each coach brings something different to the table. The atmosphere is kind and more fun than you thought possible. Workouts are taken seriously but scores don't matter. It is one of my favorite places to be. If you get a chance, drop in!
The facility and owner are nice, but the price is very high (even for Crossfit) and you are required to buy even more expensive personal training sessions to start.
I've been going to Kirin for almost two months and I love it! Keslie has created a great community with smart programming that keeps me coming back every day. Keslie and Mitch are great coaches and I'm glad to have a gym to call home.
