I've had a great shopping experience. Eaten food in that area and bought groceries etc....

Nasty, nasty parking lot. I saw several needles and other drug paraphernalia. If you don't want to be bothered by the several homeless persons that are constantly pandering here Do Not stop here. I kinda feel bad for the vendors in this area. The homeless problem is so bad people avoid it like the plague.

There is ALWAYS someone begging for change or asking to buy them food. And no one has a pan handler license. I would prefer to shop somewhere I would feel more comfortable.
