Domino's Pizza

Very bad experience. I order my pizza 20 minutes ahead of time. When I arrived the told me 20 more minutes. The employee has a very bad attitude towards customers. Don’t order here. I definitely don’t recommend it this location. The corporation needs to do something about this establishment. We had to cancel the order and head to Little Caesars next door. Better customer service.

My girlfriend ordered from here recently. After making the order, she forgot to add a menu item and called in to see if there was any chance it could be added on or have a separate order made and delivered together. In the middle of her question, she was rudely interrupted before she was done speaking and then abruptly hung up on. As if this wasn't unprofessional enough, while waiting for her food, she had to be called and informed that the order was canceled because the delivery driver was pulled over by the police and was unable to complete the order. This is unprofessionalism from not one, but what appears to be two of your employees. I understand it was late and I'm sure the employees were tired and ready to go home, but that is not an excuse to be rude towards simple questions and evidently reckless when delivering. Interrupting and hanging up on customers as well as failing to complete the order? This is an insult to the idea of the lowest standards of basic service. We seek no compensation for this, as the pizza that was ordered was already supposed to be free because of a previous problem with this Domino's, so it is clear that customers cannot even be properly compensated for mistakes. I would also like to note that I make this comment on her behalf, as if for whatever reason she has to order from here again, her name will not show up with this review and lead to spit in her food or some other form of retaliation, as it is clear that you have little standard for character in your hiring process. I would make a comment on the quality of the food, but that would have required her to have actually received her food.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE DOMINO'S IN THIS AREA. WE ARE LESS THAN 3 MINUTES FROM THEM. FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT IN A ROW THE APP MY CO-WORKER HAS SAID OUT FOR DELIVERY ..2 AND HALF HOURS LATER AND EVEN CALLING THEY SAY IT JUST LEFT THE STORE. WELL YOU HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS HERE AT NORTHPOINT JEEP. WORD OF MOUTH GOT AROUND FAST. REALLY REALLY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT .CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE IS EVEN WORSE. DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM DOMINO'S ON NORTHPOINT BLVD. I BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCE'S. BUT NOT AFTER 3 TIMES... WOULD PUT 0 STARS.

The rudest most nastiest dominos around! Staff will hang up on you. Do not know what a mask is! Very hoodish restaurant! I would not feed my dog their pizza also was not cut! Seen customers walking in barefoot and no mask NASTY! Took my pizza back and will never return got grossed out at this location and do not support no customer service restaurants!

I would leave NO Stars. Our Dealership not even 3 minutes away and the Past 2 orders have been VERY LATE and Cold and Drivers can not read our Address on the Side and Front of the Building here At NorthPoint Jeep Dodge and Ram.. POOR Service. Needs NEW Management ASAP. I am DONE with them. Papa Johns from Now On. And last week the Pizza was all over the box and sent the wrong Pizza. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS BUSINESS....00000 Stars
