I placed an order via door dash at 8:00 pm. My order still had not arrived by 9:30. Called to see if my order had been picked up, manger informed me it had being picked up. Door dash still showed my order had not being picked up. Called back at 9:50, because they closed at 10. He advised me my order was still there, when I asked him why was I told something different not even 30 minutes ago. He became very rude and started arguing with me. He talked over me and would not listen to what I was saying.

The wings were gross. Im from buffalo so i know wings. These were awful which is a shame because they were a good size wing. Asked for hot and they were barely spicy and mushy. Never againnAnd i spent almost $50 on pizza and wings. Pizza id give it a 3 out of 10. Rather go to pizza hut.

My last two experiences while ordering from here was horrible. I place a online order at 8:00pm my food arrived at 9:35pm. Everything was cold. I will not be ordering from here again. Customer service was horrible while attempted to call and check on my order the representative act as they didn't care. No apology for the inconvenience. I do not foresee this particular restaurant remaining open if service continues this way. Needs major improvement.

I love eating here. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. The bill was appropriate for the quality. I see why this place has so many good reviews.

We’ve been ordering from Elizabeth’s during covid through DoorDash. Love their calzones, which are huge. Have also had their philly, meatball sub, salad, and pizza. So far everything has been great!
