I work in this hospital and went down to grab a coffee quickly at 1:50am. (They close at 2:00). One of the employees was pleasant taking orders. While the manager was repeating to everyone in the room that we should not be down there this close to 2:00 and that they will never get out by 2:00 if we don’t stop showing up last minute. The manager was throwing a fit and was extremely rude to us paying customers! I’m appalled .
Nothing has changed. Staff continue to have bad attitudes. Bagel was old. Forgot the cream cheese and had to hike across the hospital to get it. Don’t recommend.
In the day this place is okay, at night it is just bad. Running out of things constantly, nobody wants to be there, soup smells awful like the water under the pots hasn't been changed in days. I bought a chocolate milk. Once I got back to my room and opened it I realized it was expired. On the off chance you go on a good day the cookies and baked goods are delicious. Just make sure you check the expiration date on the milk ^_^
