Great service, delicious food, convenient location. My delivery driver was very pleasant, timely, and kind. Called to confirm my house instead of just dropping it off at some assumed location.nnWill order again; Love this Jimmy Johns!

NOT FREAKY FAST. This is the 2nd time in a year I have had to call several times to see where my order is, lost an hour of work and still had to go back to work hungry. I give up on this store!

Took 1.75 hours for delivery. I tried to cancel my order after 30 minutes, because I had to leave. Unfortunately, they must have taken the phones off the hook because it would just hang up when you would call. I was just called saying my order finally arrived. Too bad, because I’m not there anymore. Definitely not “freaky fast” and very disappointing that I just spent $30 on food on my family that we can’t eat.

I've been a handful of times but the last time will be my last visit. I won a coupon for free sub at Gears and Guitars a month and a half ago that was good through May 2020, for all Winston locations (this was in July of 2019). The employee working the counter said they were no longer accepting those coupons, and texted his assistant manager to confirm this. On top of that, he had just restarted their computer system, which apparently was made in 1980 and takes over half an hour to reboot, so they were unable to take any orders. The food is what it is (not great, not terrible), but having them be open late on Friday and Saturday was sometimes worth it. Now I've given up on them.
