Ramada by Wyndham Winston-Salem

Like walking into in horror movie! The only thing it was missing was *Here's Johnny * The elevator doors are like a guillotine. Never seen doors close so quickly. Walked into the room. YES WE HAD TO CONTINUE! Open the door and toilet is running, some gross nasty stuff on the counter, daughter had to pee and almost fell into the toilet abyss! The stench of stale smoke from the sixties. I will say the off duty police officer assured us that this is a fine place. Go with your gut when arriving. If you're into into what was described above I highly recommend. I had to put one star to post. I will say the gentleman working the front desk is a gentleman! Very kind!

Teresa was the best!! Her staff was very accommodating and courteous from my arrival to my departure.

We made reservations to this hotel. We have a small dog and asked MULTIPLE times if the 50$ was a deposit for the dog not a fee and she assured us yes it's a deposit and we will get it back. When we got there the lady at the front desk had no idea what she was doing. She told us that the 50$ was a fee. And then she said she didn't know if we would get the 50$ back or not. The room was 68$ and the fee for th dog was 50$ which is a ridiculous fee for a dog when the room is 68$. They had also assured us before we made the reservation that it was a fee. this was such a terrible experience. I would stay away from here

Typically cheap motel. The area is not great but at least it has couple of gas stations and a taco truck near by. Rooms are outdated and run down. It's cheap and decent for 1 day stay as you're passing by.

I would never stay here again. The chair and ottoman in the room was all stained. I took my clorox wipes in and started wiping down things and they were dirty. You could see the table top dirty. They were painting the outside, sidewalks were gross. We would have walked back out except it was paid for and we could not get a refund.
