Best Western Plus University Inn

Wonderful experience. Friendly & courteous staff from housekeeping to management. Stayed numerous times when in the area, all with Covid restrictions. Can't wait to go back when pool, spa, gym & breakfast is included. Also to try the on site restaurant. Highly recommend them.

I have been at the Best Western Plus for the past couple of days. In my first room, I had to keep some lights on every night to keep the cockroaches away. I had seen three: one dead and two roaming around the room. It is unacceptable, however I have to say I have been moved to a new room as soon as I brought up the issue.

This Best Western was awesome, Bacca has to be one of the best hotel clerks I have seen in a while. She was accommodating, nice and very welcoming. After checking in, there was a minor issue with our room, and Linda who is also one of the best clerks ever, popped in and saved the day. I highly recommend this hotel, even more I highly recommend stanying in the Jacuzzi room. It was an awesome Father's Day for my husband. Thanks to Matt and the maintenance man as well.

Outstanding staff!! Sparkling clean room! Comfortable beds! Quiet accommodation! Great breakfast! The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that the shower spigots were hard to use and the drains were incredibly slow. Will stay there again in a heartbeat!

The staff was very welcoming we arrived after midnight. Cookies, fruit, coffee and water available. Best hot and cold complimentary breakfast. Very clean and well kept area! Rooms were nice bathroom pretty small. The room was refreshed every day. Pretty bummed there was not a hot tube. We will stay again.
