Kimpton Cardinal Hotel

Firstly, this hotel is GORGEOUS. It had the coolest mixture of being elegant, vintage, and eclectic. Once you get over how beautiful it is, then you will be blown away by the service. We were treated like royalty from the moment we checked in, to our dinner experience in the Katherine, and then again at checkout. 10/10 recommend

Wish we stayed longer! The most dog friendly hotel I’ve ever seen ud83dudc95 The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had a decent amount of space. We didn’t get a chance to check out all of the hotel offerings, but we are already planning our next trip. Highly recommend.

Really a nice property in a great location and within walking distance to shops and additional restaurants! Restaurant in hotel was excellent and game room/ activity center was fun, we did use more than expected. FYI rooms really don’t have a view since all located on lower floors but a great bathroom and extra comfortable beds!nDo recommend...look forward to our next visit this summer!

My girlfriend and I have been here for less then one night. It is our first time in Winston-Salem, NC, we are from Raleigh and never have I seen such poor service in my life. It is 10:30 at night and there is no hot water because the whole building shares 1 water heater designed for your first studio apartment. The staff has been very rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend (snippy and angry responses to simple questions). They keep tiny 4 dollar bottle waters next to the bed and 7 dollar water bottles on the tray in the room. Valet staff was very kind and helpful. The parking is on the backside of the building and you have to walk around the whole building just to assess your vehicle. I had asked if the hotel had any vending machines and was met with a short selection of candy bars, some sodas; everything completely over priced to the point I walked to the cvs around the corner. No shower doors just a short glass partition where water just sprays the floor. Didn't even bother with the restaurant because it was completely overpriced and definitely not worth the money. No morning coffee, no breakfast and there is nothing in this whole building to justify $250 a night. I am incredibly disappointed and will not be back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know or don't know.

Great place. Awesome staff. Had fun bowling and playing basketball here. Only thing was there was a used medical mask in the room still so just kinda questioned how well they cleaned the room. Other than that no problems. Enjoyed the stay
