Working with Helen was a dream! She is so friendly and welcoming and is talented at making your vision come to light at a very fair price and in a timely manner. She answered all of our questions about appraising and protecting my engagement ring. We had some family emeralds we wanted to modernize and re-set and she went above and beyond to create a gorgeous necklace and ring. Thank you Helen!

Best jewelry store around hands down! I had my engagement ring reshanked, an heirloom diamond reset into a bezel setting, an antique ring resized and purchased the white gold and diamond minimalist band here recently. I am so happy I found Helen who is honest and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Salem Gem Lab.

There is not enough room for me to tell of the awesome service and knowledge from Helen Gwyn. she repaired my precious engagement ring fixing all 6 prongs that another Jeweler made worse. She also cleaned and appraised the engagement ring and my diamond wedding band. One of the nicest friendliest people I have ever met. I was not paid for this. I am an actual customer. My daughter is getting married and I Am also buying a pair of diamond and pearl earrings for her. Had no intention of doing so. But loved the earrings and she is so reasonable. Those earrings and the extent of the work anywhere else would be double the cost. If you don’t at least take a look there. It will be your loss. You’ll probably pay more and get less quality. These pictures do not do the rings justice. They look better than they did brand new!!!

Helen is so knowledgeable and thorough in her appraisals. She handles business very quickly which save you money. She stays up on market prices and pays out top dollar for pieces. Entertaining, honest, reliable and thorough. If your shopping you will love what you see!
