RingMasters is top of the line. I stopped in one day looking for a signet ring to surprise my husband. He lost one given to him by his grandmother years ago and while I knew I couldn’t find the same thing, I was looking for something to at least remind him of the precious heirloom. After sharing this with the team, I was introduced to Jeremy, who worked with me to re-create almost the exact same ring that was lost! So much better than anything I imagined could be done, and in a very short turnaround time.nnCommunication was great from start to finish which made the process a total breeze. I am still in awe of how perfect it turned out. And my husband was floored. What a great experience!
My husband and I purchased our rings from Ring Master for our engagement and wedding. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and has amazing taste when it comes to jewelry. My husband was able to get silicone rings for work, and I was able to buy him a beautiful wedding band inlaid with aged whiskey barrel wood. He loves it. My engagement ring was fitted with my mother's diamond she received from my father 51 years ago. The setting is so unique and beautiful, however I was worried about finding a band to match it. Elizabeth found the perfect band for me and my in-laws went in on our wedding day and paid for it as a surprise. It was fitted and polished just in time. Ring Masters is a professional, kind, and trustworthy place to purchase your jewelry or heirlooms. I can't recommend this family business enough. Not just for wedding rings, for unique jewelry and pens of any kind.
We were overjoyed with the service offered around our custom item. We brought in two rings with an idea of a simple recast but ended up recreating a masterpiece with Jeremy’s help. We had a polite, creative, patient and transparent experience. Highly recommended - my reimagined engagement ring is spectacular!
Ringmasters designed a custom ring for me with stones from my mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. I told them what I liked and they came up with a design I loved and a price I could afford. I could not be happier with the finished product and look forward to shopping with them again. Scary to leave such precious stones with someone but their constant communication made it much more personal and eased the anxiety. The entire staff was welcoming and Jeremy was great to work with. Highly recommend!!
