Since December of 2017, I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to do business with Mike Bradshaw and the Schiffman’s family. Throughout the course of this time, I have purchased a total of ten watches, and various sets of earrings, necklaces and bracelets for friends and family. Not one single time have I ever felt an inkling of pressure to purchase or make a decision. I have also had multiple pieces repaired and even had additional clasps put on more precious items by the Schiffman’s team, which I feel requires an additional level of trust, but was something I had zero hesitation doing knowing the expertise of these talented and dependable people. I also feel that through our business, I have formed relationships with Mike and his colleagues and am always greeted with a warm, “Hey, Charles!” when I make it into the store, and not a Christmas has gone by since 2017 in which I have not received a personal, hand-written, Christmas card. To me and my family, these are the sort of things that mean much more than a new piece of jewelry, and is a major reason, in addition to their fantastic inventory, of course, that we choose to do our business exclusively with Schiffman’s. Lastly, and arguably my favorite thing about this wonderful store, is how open Mike is to talking about watches. Whether it be explaining the delicate complications that make certain pieces so special, his predictions for what the big brands will release next, or even just the evolution in designs and trends, Mike is unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely down-to-earth. Whenever I have a few minutes to stop by, I always look forward to catching up and hearing his thoughts without having to worry about feeling obligated to purchase anytime I walk through the door.nnIf you’re in the market for high-end jewelry, need advice on a direction to focus your search for that “one special piece” or “grail watch”, or just want to learn more about a particular watch, diamond or precious metal, Schiffman’s is the place to go!

I purchased an Omega watch from Schiffman's and had a very pleasant sales experience from the staff. I was fairly certain about which model I wanted before I purchased it, but I was given a side by side comparison of another model I was also considering. Only a short time later, I decided to special order an additional watch band. To my surprise, it arrived in much less time versus what I expected; and I was very pleased. I want to give a particular shout out to Mike Bradshaw for his impressive knowledge about time pieces. He really knows his stuff and is highly recommended. I will be back for future buying needs.

I have only great things to say about the business and specifically, Mike. They have a wonderful selection of all kinds of jewelry, from the more modest options to high end pieces. I went in to buy a gift for my wife. I know next to nothing about jewelry. I gave him my price range and he helped me pick out a necklace and earrings that were a hit. My price range was toward the modest end and I received first class service and attention. My wife loves them. She’s been wearing them for zoom video conference meetings in these crazy times and thinks they are just great, fancy, yet understated and professional. I am a happy customer and will be going back. The gift wrapping was really nice and free of charge and he said I could bring the jewelry back for exchange if she didn’t like my selections. Low pressure sales environment with good, friendly people just trying to set me up with something that worked for me. Five stars all the way. I would recommend to a friend without hesitation.
