I may be showing my age but Arby's please bring back the Arbys sandwich! That was the best Arby's sandwich ever made! You just don't understand how much more money you guys can make when you do!

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwich. Pulled up to drive thru window and paid for my order. I was asked to pull up and it would be brought out. Pulled up and watch the 2 vehicles behind me get their orders quickly. A young man opened the side door and asked me what I was waiting on, REALLY! I asked for my money back and was told I would have to go back around in drive through; REALLY! Drove around and asked for my money back, again was asked, what did I order. After waiting to get my refund, I finally got out of the drive thru. I will never go to this location again...just a terrible experience for two simple roast beef sandwich’s, just meat and bread. What the hell!

I don't like the fact that when this places prepare a meal for you they don't take pride on their services...I travel about 1/2 an hr. just to get a #11 combo and they put an exaggerate amount of sauce it looked like the sandwich was about to swim in there that I had to throw it away and when I got home I was really upset and didn't even bother to call them or to go back and complain about it...so that's why they got that rating from me...
