I went to this location tonight. Waited in the slow line until it was my turn placed my order. When I got the the window I paid and received my change. Waited 2 minutes for someone to come to the window and confirmed my order in which I specified my sides. They closed the window and continued to look confused. I waited 5 minutes for them to give me my food. When I got home I discovered the they had substituted one of my sides without checking with me. It is so simple to ask if I wanted something else if hey were out at the time.
Went through the drive thru and the service was friendly and speedy. Our order was correct. My dad enjoyed his food.
Very busy location most operating hours, but the team can handle it. They get your order correct and food is hot most of the time. Busy location = no food gets to sit under heat lamp long. Drive through with patience and time cushion. They'll take care of you.
Food is usually fresh, staff is normally prompt on service. Lines get long but love quickly.
Went inside to order. The supervisor was LAZY!! I ordered a wing dinner, half gallon if tea and picnic fries. There was NO ONE IN LINE BUT ME!! It took her 9 mins to complete the order!! She worked like she didn't want to be there, walking around like a snail. AND SHE IS PART OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM!! What is becoming of customer service these days.
