The best subs!!!!
I ordered a giant Turkey and Provolone sub from them to have be delivered thru Grubhub this evening. A total of 5 items was to be packed with my order and one of my chips was missing from the order. Already frustrated that ONE out of FIVE items were missing. (How do you mess that up? ) , I was at least hoping my sandwich quality would make up for it. Well , luck would have it , my sandwich bread was ROCK HARD , I mean toasted without being toasted if you follow my drift. Assuming I ordered near closing time , but that’s besides the point. I am convinced that the bread I was given was baked last week. I will not be ordering thru any food deliverer nor stepping foot back into that Jersey Mikes location.
Employees are extremely rude and for no reason. Probably the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt with at a restaurant. I’m sure the other customers in line with me would agree.nI will not be returning to this location.n(Employees working on 04/01/21 7pm)
Some staff aren’t wearing masks here despite signage when you walk in. The guy wrapping sandwiches is actively talking to customers while speaking over your food.
Had poor customer service here a while back so I stopped going to this location. Stopped by today and got poor customer service once again. Not having food the food advertised on their menu is more understandable than being told to go to another location for better service.
