Went in to noodles and company on Erwin road. The food preparer had her mask pulled below her chin while preparing food. We asked the Manager to ask her to wear her mask. He asked her and she simply shrugged and continued without pulling her mask up. We didn't want the food and asked to cancel our order. The manager was very considerate and cancelled and refunded.
It took 50 minutes to receive my pick up order, but food was fantastic.
My wife had the Alfredo MontAmore and I had the Spaghetti and meatballs. My wife liked her dish very much. I on the other hand did not like mine. The noodles were overcooked and the was only sauce on half of the noodles. And the meatball tasted just like they came from a cheap bag of frozen meatballs found at a grocery store.
Great food! Great customer service! Cashier super nice all the time :)
Used to be good. Now, the regular portion is the same size as the small. And the service is certainly not the same
