Usually OK. Tonight I placed an order at 430PM for 8PM delivery. At 830 I tried calling the store and corporate several times. I drove to the store to learn my order was ready an hour ago but was sitting in the store. The pizza was cold and crinkled up. Was offered a $10 coupon for the next order and was told I had to still pay the delivery fee and the tip. So, I offered to pay half price but refused to pay for driver fees and tips. Then I was offered a removal of the fees but still full price for the pizza. I then told them to cancel the order. I got a refund, the pizza went into the trash, and I left. It will be a while before I go back.

They have wonderful service, the crew all had things ready just 10 minutes after I order. That's great service.

Ordered a 3 topping pie, only selected pepperoni. We got 3 servings of pepperoni! It was awesome. Highly recommended.

Ordered 4 Pizzas to be picked up at 5:30 (gave them 2 hours notice)... had to wait in front of the store for 17 minutes before they had them ready... I suspect they didn't even put them in the oven til after I got there - doesn't take 17 minutes to cook a pizza. been using this PH for over 30 yrs... this was the last time.

The manager of this store is the LEAST customer service friendly manager (Jennifer Smalls) I’ve ever seen or worked for. The store is VERRYYYY dirty so use caution before ordering from here. I would never recommend anyone to eat from here or put any money in their pockets being as though you as a customer are definitely not valued by the general manager.
