Inattention to detail on numerous delivery orders. One time even on the redo. And they never apologize. Atrocious. I'm through giving them another chance. Never again.
The bread and the kettle chips were awesome but the sandwiches were somewhat bland and not made that well. Flat sandwiches aren't as tasty as thicker ones and it seems like they needed some seasoning. Store was clean and staff friendly.
They do not accept anything higher than a $20!!nnThey only accept one reward per order.
Food is good. But the delivery time is very inconsistent. Right now I’m waiting on my order for an hour and a half. I called. Didn’t help. Finally they refunded me and re-did my order but the process wasn’t exactly friendly. This has happened to me a few times. I’m done with you, Jimmy.
Picked up two large sandwich trays today for a party. Everything was prepared just as I asked for, and ready when I got there. Great experience overall from placing the order to pickup. Most importantly, the food was delicious!!
