Wanted to try something different so I search on the Happy Cow app for vegan restaurants. This popped up and oh my what a find. Several plant based options for food and several option of no sugar and no corn syrup beverages. Their homemade smoothies and bubblers were so refreshing! Looking for to my next visit!

Super polite, very nice staff. Food is spectacular!! Sauce is THE SAUSE. And the bubbly drinks are heavenly. Highly recommend this place!

My favorite place to visit when I’m in Durham isnHappy + Hale❣ufe0f❣ufe0f❣ufe0fnI always get the Dragonfruit drink & I create my own bowl❗ufe0fnThe bowl consist of cauliflower, spring mix, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers so delicious ud83eudd24ud83eudd24nThe person that took my order was very nice. Awesome place for lunch/ casual meals. Got the Hale Caesar bowl and it was superb. Kales were covered heavily in their sauce and a bit of cheese, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The pickled onions that I added also made the bowl much better. Other ingredients like coconut bacons also helped me go through the bowl without having to feel like I’m only eating salad. Overall, a solid place to get your daily dose of greens.

Called to order over the phone.. The guy who picked up the phone kept saying to order online. We were right by the store at that time. He said to order online so I don't have to pay in store (which didn't make sense since I was going inside the store anyway to pickup). Ordered online. Went there and got a water bottle. The same guy told his co-worker in front of me that I could have ordered this online. I said sorry to the girl saying I forgot( which I did). They gave me the receipt where it was $4 less than what they charged me online thru postmates. I am never going there. If that was the intention to make extra bucks thru online order when I was going to pick up the order, then I will not go there. There are other restaurants that always welcome phone order at no extra charge.
