I brought my engagement ring and wedding band in for resizing and had an excellent experience!! They do all of the work in house here and my work was done faster than quoted! The jewelers are so knowledgeable and were great about explaining what needed to be done and helping with sizing. The customer service here is unmatched! We’ll definitely be back with any future jewelry needs!

I normally don't write reviews, but had a fantastic experience here and felt compelled to leave a review. I just brought my wedding band in for a simple resizing -- everything turned out perfectly and was done in about 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I especially appreciated the owner taking time to answer my questions about some of the beautiful custom pieces he's made over the years. I'll definitely be returning in the future when I'm able to make a purchase for a special occasion.

My husband and I had a few parts of some old jewelry that we decided to combine into a custom ring for me. I did some searching online and visited a few different shops, but I knew from that first conversation with John that I would only trust them with the work. Before I even committed to having a custom piece made, John spent over an hour explaining jewelry, the process, and my various options to me. He answered all of my questions. When I brought the parts in to start the design process, we talked over the options together. As he started building the piece, he let me dictate how often I saw the parts coming together. I am SO HAPPY with the final piece! It is amazing :)

John David Jewelers is easily one of the best customer service oriented businesses of any kind that I have patronized. The folks there are fair, honest, patient, and genuine, and have always taken an incredible amount of time to answer any and all questions. I have no qualms about offering high praise and rating them as a five star business. There is absolutely no way I would consider looking anywhere other than John David Jewelers for my jewelry needs.

I cannot express enough what an excellent experience we had using John David Jewelers for my engagement ring and our wedding rings. The difference between this experience as compared to a mall jewelry chain is profound. I was able to find a ring that was uniquely me. David, John, Gaybeth and Regina always made time to answer our questions and educate us so that we could make the best decision to suit our needs. We are so happy to be able to call them our jewelers. They knocked it out of the park! Thank you!
