I shopped here recently, as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very friendly that asked could he help me find the item I was looking for. Although they did not have the specific item I was seeking, the gentleman took the time to show me other items that I might like. I made great purchases and really love the items I purchased. If you have a minute, stop by and check them out. The place is on the smaller side but size does not matter when you receive good honest customer service. Thank you team. Rebecca is great but Randy he is the man ... if he is working I highly recommend seeing him for great deals if he not there then go see Rebecca she is just as great as him

I recently came to pats pawn with the intentions of looking left with a couple of things. The young man that helped me his name was karlos very nice gentleman. The store was clean and the staff acknowledged me and was attentive. I will definitely be back in the future.
