My partner and I had a great experience working with Hamilton Hill for our wedding bands! Within 20 minutes my partner found a ring that he loved. Despite the fact that I was both picky and clueless, Sarah was extremely patient as we worked through various options and figured out that I was looking for. She then connected us with Kai, who designed and created a custom ring for me that is SO beautiful and perfect! I can't recommend them enough, especially if you're looking for a for a low-pressure environment.

Sarah and her staff are fantastic and have a great eye for design. They have the best selection of modern jewelry that I’ve seen (along with some more traditional styles), at a wide range of price points. They also have a very nice selection of men’s jewelry. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We purchased our wedding rings from a Swiss designer that does not have retail outlets in the US. When we asked the designer where to service and size our rings, Hamilton Hill Jewelry was at the top of the list. It was certainly worth the drive from Charlotte to Durham. Sarah and the team were extremely professional and offered great customer service. They resized my husband’s band and redid the brushing. It looks beautiful. (I should note that I brought this ring to four jewelers in Charlotte, all of whom had reservations about doing the sizing because of the unique design.) The team at Hamilton Hill is highly skilled and knowledgeable. And the selection of jewelry is forward and high-quality with respect to design and elegance. The collection is not what you find at a typical jewelry store. For future jewelry purchases, we will be making the drive back to Durham!
