An absolute pleasure to work with this store- I had a few gold jewelry pieces that needed repair and they blew me out of the water with the responsiveness, service, and great quality! I had looked around for weeks before stumbling on this store via a friend. I was in contact with the store, they quoted me before repairing my items, and when I received it, I was so surprised by the service- BETTER THAN AMAZING. The owner even polished everything without me asking! I have found my local repair shop and will be working with them for years to come :)
Came in to get my watch adjusted to my wrist. Very quick and friendly service! Fair price. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. So 5 stars!
Visited for the first time this morning to have a necklace repaired. I appreciate the excellent customer service and quality work! I was heartbroken when this piece broke because it means a lot to me. I googled and found this location and couldn’t be more pleased! He even cleaned it so it looked better than new! They were able to fix my wedding ring and engagement ring with very little time left before my wedding! Offered to have it done by the next morning even. The repairs are flawless, I can't even tell where the problems were before - and one of the bands was broken all the way through! It was much more affordable than I expected, also. My rings look fantastic. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
