Friendly and attentive associates. Great selection of HT brand items. Nice deli and bakery. BUT......the front of the store is often littered with trash and for some strange reason the cigarette receptacle is a mile away and smokers just drop their butts at the entrance area.

If you have the option to choose any other grocery store to go to, do. I was so excited when they built this location since it is close to my house but they have been nothing short of a complete disappointment through every experience. First off, I was always impressed with the location down the street (Guess road) when it came to their express lane pick-up orders. This location must have a difficult time finding decent employees. I have ordered ahead from them numerous times now hoping for a better experience than the one before. The first time they called to list everything they were out of. When I asked what substitutions they offered their response was “you want a substitution?”. Yes, that is what my profile clearly indicates. The second order I placed included the Harris teeter brand Cole slaw. When I got home, I realized the one they gave me was already opened (plastic hanging and all). When I spoke with the manager he didn’t seem too concerned but was at least polite. The last and final experience was today when I placed an order for pickup between 6-6:30. When I arrived at 6:46 the woman informed me they were behind and she could maybe get it done in thirty minutes if she skipped someone. Why would you not call and let your customers know that? What was worse was that she didn’t even apologize. I asked to cancel the order and she said “okay bye.” I will never give this store my business again.

This is my favorite HT in town. The store is always clean and staff are very nice and helpful. The selection of items is great and I always enjoy shopping here. Parking is usually pretty good, too.

Shopping experience was great. my only concern was a very bad smell, that came from the fresh meat department. once you walk through the produce department and back the meat area. Not good at all.

The layout isn't much different than the old Kroger that used to be here but everything is much nicer looking and better spaced. The staff was extremely competent and observant from what I noticed. Do note that this has a reverse layout for many Harris Teeters, with produce on the left moving towards frozen's on the right. I should also mention that their pharmacy and cooking supply isles seem more robust than other locations. A little more helpful information: the front desk and the bathrooms are on your right upon entry. Self check-out is directly in front of the desk.
