No one with the company is capable of doing their job. They rescheduled my drop off 4 separate times, the last time it was scheduled it was actually never schedule the CSR just told me it was. I ended up canceling my service and delivery before ever receiving my washer and dryer. It is very obvious that the customer service department is a joke.

AVOID this company. I wish I could give it a negative review. I was moving out of my apartment so I requested to have the rental washer / dryer unit returned to them a week before I had to move, they never showed up on the scheduled day. When I called customer service to follow up, I was told that the truck driver called and had left me a voice message, which was a lie because I have had this phone number for over a decade and I know I have my correct number on file. I didn't get any call from the driver or company that day, it just never happened. Had to basically argue with the customer service rep, and finally got their staff to come out ON A DIFFERENT DAY and picked up the equipment, thought it was over. NOPE. A month later I got a bill in the mail for a new month of equipment rental fee. I contacted customer service again, explained that I had already moved out of the previous address and their staff had already picked up the equipment. Customer service was incompetent and extremely rude. I got 2 supervisors, they all acted the same way. Rude, and did not in any way try to understand the situation and provide a solution. At the end of the call, I got transferred to the "Lost Equipment Department", and I was treated like I'd lost their equipment, even when I made it clear that they could confirm with the previous property manager because she greeted their staff when they came and picked up the rental machines. Better yet, now Appliance Warehouse had sent my bill to some sort of collection agency and is hurting my credit with this petty $40 bill. DO NOT give any of your information to this shady company. All they want is money.

I chose to go with Appliance Warehouse under the recommendation of my apartment manager. Unlike the other reviews, I had no problem with the delivery of my washer and dryer. It was on time and they called before arriving. I've now been renting for about 6 months, and suddenly they began charging me $35 instead of $25. I cannot figure out why. When I called customer support, I was greeted promptly, but hung up on when I stated I had a problem with my bill. This has happened twice now. When looking for another company to go with, it appears that Appliance Warehouse recently purchased the only other laundry rental service in the area. Fantastic.

Terrible time dealing with this company. Needed to rent a stackable washer and dryer for my apartment. Upfront totals were roughly $85 including extra for next day delivery. Called in the morning to confirm and got an ETA of 11:30-12:30. Sat at home all day to get a call at 4:00 letting me know that the delivery would not be happening that day. Each time you call in you speak with someone in a different state. Cancelled due to lack of overall communication and urgency to get my payment info and charge me, without evening confirming they can cover their end. Called Clean Leasing to get set up, $40 total upfront with free next day delivery. Should have done a little more research.

Dear Mr. Mark Hjelle, President and CEO of CSC Service works. I would like to inform you of my experience with your company. A little bit about me. I'm an over the road truck driver which means that I drive throughout the entire United States and Canada. I drive an 18 Wheeler tractor trailer. I depend on doing my laundry at the truck stops. You currently have a multimillion dollar contract with Pilot Flying J and the TA Travel America truck stops. Upon my visit at the flying J in Tooele,Utah on I-80 exit 99 I discovered your machines out of order. I approached the manager on duty and he tells me that they are not working because the quarters have not been emptied out of the machines. He also stated that hes been calling your company since Thursday. I asked him if he will allow me to call the company myself. He agreed. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes on hold I finally received an operator that told me a Tech will not come out until Monday. That is a 5 day period that these machines have not working. Unfortunately I cannot drive my tractor trailer to a laundry mat to do my laundry so I proceeded on foot on the side of the road with my laundry bag to the next truck stop which was the TA Travel America. When I got there I had to wait an hour and 42 minutes for other drivers to finish their laundry because there was only 5 machines and one was broken as you had to literally sit on the door of the washer in order for it to work. I finally completed my laundry at the price of $3 load times 3 washes and 3 dries. That's totals $18. Is this normal business for your company to have machines down at truck stops for this amount of time?? I know you are a well paid CEO and perhaps cannot fathom my experience. But like I said I have to 100% solely depend on the washer's and dryers in these truck stops to work all the time. I understand these are mechanical units and they break down from time to time but in order to be down for 4 days because a technician can't pull the money out of the machines is completely unacceptable to me and I hope it is to you as well. The purpose of this letter to you is for you to understand the importance of these machines to truck drivers throughout the country. Please make a difference.....
