Awesome service and great selections
Impressive Expertise
I walked in with a 5" shard of tile that had broken in my kitchen as I replaced a door threshold. I was trying to find anything remotely similar to fix the 18x18 pieces, knowing that the kitchen of my new house had been remodeled probably 1998 (20 years ago!).
They were decently busy, but the gent I got briefly studied the small honeycomb pattern on the back of the tile and identified it as a daltile.
Headed over to that warehouse the next day, and found a near-perfect match to a long-ago discontinued tile pattern!!
So while Emser didn't get any direct business from me, I greatly appreciated that particular employee's expertise and his directing me to exactly what I needed!
Excellent service. Got my tile delivered from their Distribution Center in five days as promised. A couple pieces showed up with chipped corners so their loader gave me a few extra tiles that they happen to have on hand to make sure that we had enough. Super friendly staff, even in the warehouse.
Experienced significant delays in receiving product beyond their communicated delivery date. When it arrived, 1/2 was wrong and a different color. They promised replacement product to be delivered which was late again by over a week.
Love these guys. So friendly, helpful and informed. Great selection which is constantly updated. The only down side is that you can't actually buy here, but you can get samples that are not always available in stores.
