Cashier was so very nice n sweet! We had to wait a few extra mins on an order n she understanding n apologetic even though it was what i had ordered taking time she felt so bad for us having to wait. ud83dude0c She was just an awesome n friendly lady!!!
If I could give this place a -5 rating I would. Third time in a couple of months that I've been up there and left without food. If you advertise, hot & ready now, then it should be hot & ready now. They never have enough food cooked. No I don't want to wait 8 minutes for you to cook it. That's why I go to the drive thru! I'm done with this place. Came home & ordered from Papa John's. Yes, I'll still have to wait. But at least I know the pizza will be hot, good and on-time. I will NEVER go back to Little Ceasars in Newton. Horrible management!
You call they dont even say thank you calling little ceasars. You have to ask. No good at estimating times. Need training.

So far so good, but staff could pick up the pace a little bit. Seems like their speed is set to slow every time I order.
