Poorly staffed and under trained associates. Management was absent. There weren't many customers in the restaurant. The 2 girls managing the restaurant seemed overwhelmed and had a hard time multi-tasking. They had run out of tea and were struggling to substitute drinks with what ever they had left.nThe 2 girls were doing the best they could under the circumstances and we do not fault them. We were under the impression this Waffle House is very poorly managed and grossly under staffed. The food was fair, they need more practice on the grill.
The servers are always rude the food is always cold where is not what you asked for they add on prices that don't make no sense they overcharge the non-tippers and 50% of the employees don't wear masks nor wash their hands on normal basis I don't feel comfortable eating there in a pandemic. At night time rats run around floors in kitchen you can hear there employees screen when run across there feet.
The service was pleasant and the food was delicious. It was super busy and all staff worked under pressure with ease. I was very impressed.

I never leave bad reviews. This is always a good place to eat but tonight was very bad and poor service. We sat at our table for 35mins and never got menu or even told i will be with u in a moment. The waitress actes like we wasnt even there. She waited on everyone else and then stood around and was on her phone.
