Answered my husbands first call quickly. Set up a day to give a bid with huge talk and no show, never called and still 2-weeks later has not returned any messages.

Some of the best people in the fire place industry!! Installed a beautiful LHD in my 2nd home. Works great and ill continue to use them for future projects. Thank you

Terrible effort, service and dedication to keep their customers satisfied. They installed a log unit with a remote controlled unit. After several months, the remote unit went out. I called several times and was blown off. I finally got an answer and they told me they'd send someone out. No one ever showed up, nor did I ever get a return call. I filed a complain with the better business bureau and they have yet to hear form them ( been 2 months ). I would never use this company for installation or service.
